If you would like for Sandy to create a personalized choreography just for you, this package includes the following:
- Initial Consultation: A 15-minute online consultation via WhatsApp with Sandy to discuss your expectations for the choreography, assess your dance abilities, and ensure the choreography is suitable for your level and to consider any limitations.
- Choreography Creation: After determining the music, dance style, level, props, floorwork options, etc., Sandy will begin creating your choreography according to your specifications.
- Progress Updates: Throughout the process, Sandy will send clips of the choreography as it progresses via WhatsApp. You will have the opportunity to provide feedback at each stage.
- Practice Feedback: You are welcome to send videos of your practice sessions for Sandy to review, allowing her to give you feedback on improving your performance of the choreography.
- WhatsApp Support: The WhatsApp chat will remain open for 2 months after the first part of the choreography has been delivered. Sandy will be available to motivate you, answer questions, and assist with any parts you find challenging.
- Timely Delivery: Sandy aims to create the choreography as quickly as possible, but the timeline may be extended if significant feedback or change requests are made during the process.
- Client Responsibility: It is essential for the client to review the provided material promptly and provide feedback. If no feedback is received, Sandy will assume the choreography is satisfactory and continue to build on it.
- Choreography Revisions: Feedback and change requests must be made as the choreography develops. Parts that are rejected by the client will not be included in the final product and remain the intellectual property of Sandy Maya's Dance.
- Completion: Once the choreography is complete, Sandy will create a follow-along video and provide you with a downloadable file for continuous practice. You will need to save this file on your device to retain access.
- After Delivery: After the final choreography file has been delivered and the maximum of 2 months WhatsApp Support has been reached, Sandy’s service is considered complete.
Terms and Conditions
- Exclusive License: This service grants the client an exclusive license to perform the final choreography created specifically for them.
- No Credit for Creation: The client may not claim credit for the creation of the choreography. All intellectual property rights remain with Sandy Maya's Dance.
- Restrictions on Use: The client is prohibited from using the choreography to:
- Teach others.
- Sell or distribute the choreography in any form.
- Claim the choreography as their own creation.
- Rejected Choreography: Any choreography sections that were rejected by the client during the creation-process remain the intellectual property of Sandy Maya's Dance and cannot be used, replicated, or distributed without prior written consent.
- Feedback Requirement: If no feedback or communication is provided during the process, the client cannot claim dissatisfaction with the final choreography.
- File Download: Upon completion, the final choreography video will be provided as a downloadable file. The client is responsible for downloading and saving the file to ensure access.
- Music Duration Limit: This package includes choreography for music up to 4 minutes long. Additional time will require the purchase of an add-on:
- Add-ons: Add-on purchases are available for choreography of up to 15 seconds extra. For example:
- For a song that is 4 minutes and 10 seconds long, one add-on purchase is required.
- For a song that is 4 minutes and 22 seconds long, two add-on purchases are required.
- Exclusions: The package does not include choreography for props such as swords, candelabras, or fire props.
