Terms and Conditions for Sandy Maya's Dance - Pre-recorded Dance Lessons
By purchasing and accessing the pre-recorded dance lessons offered by Sandy Maya's Dance, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. License and Usage
   • Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and download the dance tutorial content.
   • The content is strictly for personal use. It may not be copied, duplicated, reproduced, shared, resold, rented, or redistributed in any form, whether digital or physical, without the prior written consent of Sandy Maya's Dance.
2. Download Window
   • The purchased file(s) must be downloaded within 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, the download link will expire, and access to the content will no longer be available.
   • Refunds will not be provided in cases where the customer fails to download the file within the 30-day period.
3. No Refunds
   • Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final. Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not permitted once the purchase is complete, except in cases where the file provided is corrupt or inaccessible due to technical issues.
4. Intellectual Property
   • All content, including but not limited to videos, choreography, and accompanying materials, are the intellectual property of Sandy Maya's Dance.
   • You are permitted to perform the choreography learned from the tutorial content, provided that you give appropriate credit by referencing Sandy Maya's Dance whenever the choreography is performed in public, shared on social media, or in any other context.
5. Unauthorized Use
   • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the dance tutorials or choreography taught therein is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
6. Disclaimer of Liability
   • Sandy Maya's Dance assumes no responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur as a result of following the dance tutorials. Please ensure that you are in a safe environment and in good health before participating in the lessons.

On demand choreographies for you to learn
​in your own time in the comfort of your home

Current choreographies with performance opportunities for local students COMING SOON

This option is ideal if you were unable to attend the workshop in person because of location or time clashes. It may also have been that the workshop was sold out and you missed out on securing a spot. 
In this section you find our current choreographies that are currently being taught, rehearsed and performed.
You can purchase the on demand online option to learn and practise in your own time and if you are local and wish to join in performing the piece at upcoming shows, please let me know prior to the event, so we can schedule you in.
This option may also work in combination of a private lesson with me.
Use the online material and book a private session with me to go over certain parts or for feedback and or further clarification.

Monthly membership with access to a vast growing archive of choreographies for you to choose from to learn COMING SOON

If a one off purchase is not enough for you and you wish to learn more than one choreography from Sandy Maya's Dance archive, then perhaps a Monthly membership is better suited for you. For £13.99 you gain access to Sandy Maya's Choreography Archive which gets build on over time. At the time of this option becoming available, you will have the option to choose from over 10 choreographies in your first month of subscription. Sandy Maya has created over 100 choreographies up to date, so the archive will get extended continuously, always providing you with more content, so you will always have a new option to choose from.

Choose a choreography from the archive below , that you would like to learn as a solo in your own time.
​You can use these choreographies to perform them at a show as long as you credit Sandy Maya's Dance as choreographer. If you are local and wish to perform one of Sandy Maya's choreographies learned online, please reach out to Sandy for a performance opportunity in an upcoming Student Showcase.

This material is aimed for newbies, who are still finding their feet and need to refine the individual moves. These choreos are designed to help you combine different moves and make them flow into a dance, which you can learn in your own time and if you are local, reach out to me if you wish to perform it at one of our local student showcases.

Love to dance but are struggling to create choreographies or simply prefer to be shown what to do?
Do you have a song in mind that you would like to dance to but don't know how to choreograph it?
Then this option is for you.
Your time to shine and bedazzle your audience with a dance created just for you!

Service Offering and What to Expect
If you would like for Sandy to create a personalized choreography just for you, this package includes the following:

• Initial Consultation: A 15-minute online consultation via WhatsApp with Sandy to discuss your expectations for the choreography, assess your dance abilities, and ensure the choreography is suitable for your level and to consider any limitations.
• Choreography Creation: After determining the music, dance style, level, props, floorwork options, etc., Sandy will begin creating your choreography according to your specifications.
• Progress Updates: Throughout the process, Sandy will send clips of the choreography as it progresses via WhatsApp. You will have the opportunity to provide feedback at each stage.
• Practice Feedback: You are welcome to send videos of your practice sessions for Sandy to review, allowing her to give you feedback on improving your performance of the choreography.
• WhatsApp Support: The WhatsApp chat will remain open for 2 months after the first part of the choreography has been delivered. Sandy will be available to motivate you, answer questions, and assist with any parts you find challenging. Please keep in mind that Sandy is operating during GMT times.
• Timely Delivery: Sandy aims to create the choreography as quickly as possible, but the timeline may be extended if significant feedback or change requests are made during the process.
• Client Responsibility: It is essential for the client to review the provided material promptly and provide feedback. If no feedback is received, Sandy will assume the choreography is satisfactory and continue to build on it.
• Choreography Revisions: Feedback and change requests must be made as the choreography develops. Parts that are rejected by the client will not be included in the final product and remain the intellectual property of Sandy Maya's Dance.
• Completion: Once the choreography is complete, Sandy will create a follow-along video and provide you with a downloadable file for continuous practice. You will need to save this file on your device to retain access.
• After Delivery: After the final choreography file has been delivered and the maximum of 2 months WhatsApp Support has been reached, Sandy’s service is considered complete.

Terms and Conditions

• Exclusive License: This service grants the client an exclusive license to perform the final choreography created specifically for them.
• No Credit for Creation: The client may not claim credit for the creation of the choreography. All intellectual property rights remain with Sandy Maya's Dance.
• Restrictions on Use: The client is prohibited from using the choreography to:
  • Teach others.
  • Sell or distribute the choreography in any form.
  • Claim the choreography as their own creation.
• Rejected Choreography: Any choreography sections that were rejected by the client during the creation-process remain the intellectual property of Sandy Maya's Dance and cannot be used, replicated, or distributed without prior written consent.
• Feedback Requirement: If no feedback or communication is provided during the process, the client cannot claim dissatisfaction with the final choreography.
• File Download: Upon completion, the final choreography video will be provided as a downloadable file. The client is responsible for downloading and saving the file to ensure access.
• Music Duration Limit: This package includes choreography for music up to 4 minutes long. Additional time will require the purchase of an add-on:
  • Add-ons: Add-on purchases are available for choreography of up to 15 seconds extra. For example:
    • For a song that is 4 minutes and 10 seconds long, one add-on purchase is required.
    • For a song that is 4 minutes and 22 seconds long, two add-on purchases are required.
• Exclusions: The package does not include choreography for props such as swords, candelabras, or fire props.
