Please bring a means to take notes ( phone or old fashioned notebook ) This is a mix of listenting and analysing music as well as creating moves, so please wear something comfortable you can dance in.

Requires good fitness level.
This type of dance involves a lot of bouncing ( supportive bra recommended )
Participants need to bring their own skirts for swish action.
If you do not have a cancan skirt, any wide long skirt will work just as well.
The workshop runs from 10am-12:30pm
